Earlham Road

This project involved the full conversion of a basement into a high-quality living space, incorporating a utility room, kitchen, and WC. To achieve this, the existing structure was carefully underpinned to increase head height, while a series of structural steel elements were installed to open up the layout and create a more spacious, functional environment. An extension was also added to expand the overall footprint.

The interior finishes were completed to a high specification, including limestone flooring, a sedum roof covering, and Crittall-style aluminium windows. As part of the design process, we also created and manufactured bespoke kitchen units and a custom staircase, all produced in-house by our carpentry and design teams.
